The Timing Problem

Most creators build evidence after the dispute has already started.

That is the weakest time to reconstruct dates, source files, publication history, rights, and agreements. A record created before a problem starts gives you a cleaner timeline and a defined ownership record.

01 / Claims

False or mistaken copyright reports

A certificate, registry ID, file fingerprint, and evidence index give you concrete material to attach to a response.

02 / Scraping

Work reposted without permission

Your record connects the claimed owner, creation date, original file fingerprint, and first-publication information.

03 / Rights

Ownership and usage terms left unclear

Ownership basis, licensing status, contributor details, and client rights can be documented before memories and messages diverge.

A Structured Workflow

Create the record as part of publishing.

One subscription follows one asset from initial registration through fingerprinting, issuance, verification, and record restoration.

01

Define the asset

Add the owner, asset title, category, original creation date, ownership basis, publication details, and current licensing status.

02

Fingerprint the file

Select the original file and create a SHA-256 fingerprint locally in your browser. The original file does not need to be uploaded.

03

Issue the record

Review the details, generate the PDF certificate, and connect the asset to its registry ID, timestamp, verification page, and QR code.

04

Save and verify

Download the PDF certificate, JSON backup, and QR code, then reopen the protected customer area whenever you need to restore the registered record.

Inside the Product

From asset details to a verifiable ownership record.

The product keeps the core evidence connected: ownership basis, publication timeline, file fingerprint, certificate, registry ID, and verification output.

The Standard Record

The certificate is one part of a usable ownership record.

Each annual subscription covers one defined creative asset and the core infrastructure needed to fingerprint, issue, download, verify, and restore that record.

One registered asset

Register one clearly defined creative asset under each Standard subscription. A separate asset requires a separate subscription.

Ownership certificate

Download a clean PDF containing the owner, asset details, ownership basis, creation date, rights status, record ID, and issue date.

Registry and verification page

Connect the certificate to a unique server-side registry record, public verification page, and scannable QR code.

Local file fingerprint

Create a SHA-256 fingerprint from the original file inside the browser. The file itself does not need to leave the device.

JSON record backup

Download a structured backup containing the issued record, registry ID, server timestamp, verification URL, and SHA-256 fingerprint metadata.

Record restoration

Return to the protected customer area to restore the registered asset and access the available certificate, QR, verification, and backup controls.

Who It Is For

Built for creative assets that move across platforms, clients, and formats.

Each subscription follows one defined asset, whether it is newly created, commissioned, assigned, published, licensed, or part of an older catalog.

Artists, illustrators, and photographers

Document one piece, defined collection, shoot, commissioned work, or image-based asset.

Writers and digital publishers

Register one article, book, script, report, guide, template, or other defined written work.

Musicians, podcasters, and audio creators

Record one track, composition, recording, voice asset, audio pack, episode, or related audio work.

Filmmakers and video creators

Connect one video, short film, animation, campaign asset, or edited production to its ownership record.

AI creators and digital character owners

Register one digital character or AI-assisted asset with its tools, process, source file, rights, and publication history.

Studios, designers, and product builders

Document one logo, brand asset, 3D model, digital product, software release, or client delivery.

Clear Scope

A documented claim, presented honestly.

The value comes from the dated record, file fingerprint, connected documentation, and consistent history. It does not come from presenting a private record as a government filing or legal judgment.

What it does

  • Documents the registrant’s ownership claim and stated ownership basis
  • Connects one asset to a dated certificate, registry ID, and file fingerprint
  • Provides a public verification page, scannable QR code, and readable verification URL
  • Creates downloadable PDF, JSON, and QR outputs connected to the issued record
  • Restores the registered record through the protected customer area

What it does not do

  • Guarantee that a platform, client, or court will accept the claim
  • Replace formal copyright, trademark, or other government registration
  • Act as legal advice, legal representation, or a court ruling
  • Prove authorship by itself when credible conflicting evidence exists
  • Grant ownership, licenses, or permissions the registrant does not hold

One Asset, One Annual Plan

Build the record now, not after the claim arrives.

Standard gives one creative asset a dated ownership record, local file fingerprint, public verification layer, QR code, PDF certificate, and JSON backup.

Questions

What creators usually ask before registering an asset.

Is this the same as formal copyright registration?

No. Proof of Ownership documents your claim, asset metadata, file fingerprint, and registry timeline. It does not replace formal copyright registration, a legal filing, or legal advice. Consider this your pre-copyright solution.

Does the record guarantee that a platform will accept my claim?

No. Platforms and other third parties apply their own review standards. The record gives you organized material to submit with original files, drafts, contracts, publication history, and other evidence.

What types of work can I register?

The tool supports artwork, illustration, photography, written work, music, audio, video, digital characters, logos, brand assets, 3D models, digital products, software or code, mixed media, and other defined creative assets.

How many assets does one subscription cover?

One Standard subscription covers one defined creative asset. A separate asset requires a separate subscription.

Is my original file uploaded to the server?

No. The browser calculates the SHA-256 fingerprint locally. The original file does not need to be uploaded to create the fingerprint. The registry stores the fingerprint and record metadata, not the creative file itself.

What files can I download after registration?

You can download the PDF ownership certificate, a structured JSON backup of the issued record, and the QR verification code as an image.

Can I access the registered record later?

Yes. The protected customer area can restore the registered record connected to your authenticated account and provide access to the available download and verification controls.

What happens if the annual subscription ends?

The original issue timestamp and historical registry entry remain preserved. Protected customer access and active service features may be paused until the subscription is renewed.

Can I document an older asset?

Yes. The certificate records the original creation date you declare and a separate issue timestamp showing when the ownership record was created. Keep the source files and earlier evidence that support the declared timeline.

What happens if I lose the PDF?

The certificate ID, server timestamp, verification record, and connected metadata exist apart from the downloaded PDF. The customer area can provide access to the registered record and available downloads during an active plan.
