AI Operations Advisory

Find where AI and automation can remove repetitive work from your business.

A fixed-scope assessment for small digital teams that need practical recommendations before buying more software, changing core processes, or commissioning an automation build.

Applications are reviewed for fit, scope, and current capacity.

01 One defined business area
02 Up to three connected workflows
03 Remote delivery

Start With The Work

The wrong tool rarely fixes an unclear process.

Many teams collect AI subscriptions before they identify the work that consumes time, creates delays, or depends on repeated manual steps. The assessment begins with the current process, then tests where a process change, AI-assisted task, automation, or better documentation can produce a useful result.

01

Repetitive administration

Routine messages, file handling, data entry, status updates, scheduling, and recurring coordination.

02

Fragmented tools

Information moves between platforms through copy-and-paste work, duplicate records, or manual checks.

03

Slow reporting

Teams rebuild the same reports, summaries, dashboards, or client updates from scattered sources.

04

Undocumented knowledge

Core work depends on one person's memory, inconsistent instructions, or files that are difficult to retrieve.

Four-Phase Process

A diagnosis before implementation.

Each phase narrows the problem, tests the available options, and records the reasoning behind every recommendation.

01

Discovery

Map the current work

A 45-minute recorded discovery call focused on the tasks, handoffs, bottlenecks, existing tools, failed attempts, and areas where work repeatedly slows down.

  • One process owner attends
  • Current examples are reviewed
  • Problems are separated from tool requests
02

Analysis

Identify viable opportunities

The call record and supporting material are reviewed to locate repeated patterns and compare process, AI, and automation options.

  • Current-state workflow map
  • Three to seven opportunities
  • Feasibility and data-risk review
03

Report

Turn findings into a plan

A custom report explains what should change, why it matters, what it may cost, and which action should happen first.

  • Priority matrix
  • Tool and process recommendations
  • 14-day action sequence
04

Review

Walk through each decision

A 30-minute screen-share call covers the report, open questions, internal next steps, and any separate implementation scope.

  • Recommendation walkthrough
  • Priority confirmation
  • Implementation decision

The Client Deliverable

A report built for decisions, not a directory of AI tools.

Each recommendation connects a defined operational problem to a feasible response. A no-tool process change may rank above new software when it offers a better return with less setup.

Common Questions

Before you apply.

The assessment is remote, fixed in scope, and intended for a defined operational problem.

What does the Workflow Assessment cover?

It covers one business area or up to three connected workflows. The review looks at repeated tasks, handoffs, current tools, process gaps, feasible AI uses, automation opportunities, and practical next steps.

Does the $497 fee include implementation?

No. The fee covers discovery, analysis, the custom report, and the report walkthrough. Workflow redesign, automation builds, integrations, training, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

How are tools selected?

Recommendations start from the workflow requirements, the systems already in use, setup effort, cost, team capacity, data sensitivity, and the amount of human review required. The report may recommend a process change without new software.

How long does the assessment take?

The report is normally delivered within seven business days after the discovery call. The review call is scheduled after the client has had time to read the report.

What material should I provide?

Useful material can include process notes, screenshots, blank templates, sample reports, tool lists, task volumes, and estimated time spent. Do not submit passwords, private customer records, health information, financial account data, or other regulated personal data through the inquiry form.

Can my team implement the recommendations internally?

Yes. The report is created as an internal decision document. It can be used by your team or shared with an approved contractor. Any third-party access remains your responsibility.
