Complete the record carefully before issuance.
The registry ID, issue timestamp, and primary fingerprint are intended to remain fixed after the record is issued. Review the information before confirming the final step.
Prepare one clearly defined asset
Standard is designed for one creative asset. This may be a photograph, illustration, article, track, video, digital character, logo, software release, template, 3D model, website publication, or another defined digital work.
Select the exact work
Decide which file, version, release, or bounded work the record will describe.
Gather the core facts
Prepare the owner, creation date, ownership basis, publication details, and relevant rights information.
Keep supporting material
Retain source files, drafts, contracts, licences, invoices, publication records, and other evidence elsewhere.
A collection can be treated as one asset only when its boundaries are clear and the files belong to one documented release or body of work. Unrelated works should be recorded separately.
Enter information that matches your existing records
The application asks for owner details, asset information, the basis of the ownership claim, licensing status, AI involvement, tools or materials used, publication information, and private evidence notes.
- Use a consistent owner or company name.
- Describe the asset precisely enough to distinguish it from other work.
- Keep the original creation date separate from the registry issue date.
- State the ownership basis accurately.
- Record known licensing, contributor, and third-party material details.
- Add the first publication date and URL when available.
The private evidence-notes field can identify records you retain elsewhere, such as working files, invoices, contracts, assignments, licences, archived pages, or correspondence. Do not enter passwords, access credentials, or private links that should remain secret.
Connect the record to one exact file
Select the source or master file that you want connected to the record. The application calculates a SHA-256 fingerprint locally in the browser. The source file is not uploaded to the registry.
Files up to 100 MB
Select the file in the application and wait until the complete 64-character fingerprint appears.
Files above 100 MB
Create the SHA-256 value with another trusted local tool, then use the manual fingerprint option.
The same file produces the same SHA-256 value. A changed file produces a different value. The fingerprint does not identify the creator or determine who holds the rights.
Check the permanent fields before confirming
The preview lets you review the core information before the record is sent to the registry. Return to the form and correct any material error before pressing the issue button.
- Check the owner display name and owner type.
- Check the asset title, category, creation date, and version.
- Check the ownership basis and licensing status.
- Confirm the displayed SHA-256 fingerprint.
- Review any public email, profile, or publication information.
- Confirm the declaration only after the final review.
After issuance, the registry returns a unique record ID, issue timestamp, public verification URL, and QR code. The original ID, timestamp, and fingerprint are intended to remain fixed.
Save the issued record in more than one place
After issuance, download and retain the available record files.
PDF certificate
A readable document containing the submitted record fields, registry ID, issue timestamp, fingerprint, declaration, and verification link.
JSON backup
A structured backup containing registry fields and private customer-supplied information. Store it securely.
QR code
A downloadable image that opens the public verification page when scanned.
Verification URL
A public link used to check the issued registry record and the selected public fields.
Keep the exact fingerprinted source file with the certificate and backup. Store another copy of the record outside the device used to create it.

The public verification page is designed to confirm the issued record without exposing every private supporting detail.

Review public fields before issuance. Do not enter confidential information into a field intended for public display.
Common technical problems
The file fingerprint does not finish
Use a current browser, keep the tab open while the file is read, and confirm that the file is below 100 MB. For larger files, create the SHA-256 value locally with another trusted tool and enter it manually.
The application says the fingerprint is incomplete
A SHA-256 fingerprint must contain exactly 64 hexadecimal characters. Copy the complete value without spaces, punctuation, or missing characters.
The issue button returns an error
Confirm that customer access is active, all required fields are complete, the declaration is selected, and the internet connection is stable. Do not submit repeatedly while a request is still processing.
The PDF or QR download does not start
Allow downloads for the site, retry in a current browser, and check whether the browser blocked the file. Keep the JSON backup and verification URL while the download issue is reviewed.
The issued record does not restore
Confirm that you are using the same authorized customer access. When contacting support, include the purchase email, order number, registry ID, browser details, and a screenshot of the error.
Use the purchase email when requesting support
Keep the order number or transaction reference with the issued files. For access, renewal, or payment questions, use the billing-management link provided with the purchase when available.
Refund eligibility depends on the delivery and issuance status. Review the Refund Policy before submitting a request.
Product scope and record limits
Does the record prove that I legally own the asset?
No. It documents the claim and metadata you submit, connects the record to one file fingerprint, and adds a server issue timestamp. Ownership still depends on the underlying creation history, assignments, contracts, licences, publication records, and applicable law.
Can I register a folder, catalogue, or complete portfolio?
Standard is designed for one defined creative asset. A grouped work needs a clear boundary and one documented identity. Unrelated works should be recorded separately.
Does the fingerprint reveal the file contents?
No. A SHA-256 fingerprint identifies one exact file version but does not reproduce the file or reveal its creative contents.
Should I use the exported file or the editable source?
Use the exact version you want connected to the record. The source or master file may provide better continuity with the working process, while the final export may be the version actually published or delivered. Keep both when they are relevant.
What should I provide when contacting support?
Include the purchase email, order number, registry ID when available, browser and device details, the exact error message, relevant screenshots, and a concise description of what happened.
